Responsibilities

  • Preparing courier schedules and routes
  • Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers to help them achieve station\'s operational goals in the most efficient way
  • Monitoring the daily delivery cycle, updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of the daily pick‑up and delivery assignments
  • Providing support to the couriers and assisting them with issue resolution
  • Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service‑related issues
  • Proactively reporting any issues that occurred during the daily delivery cycle to management and compiling reports on station\'s productivity, volumes and performance

  • Good Microsoft Office & PC skills
  • Good geographical knowledge

  • Ability to manage own and team’s time effectively with attention to detail in a pressurised environment
