Responsibilities
- Preparing courier schedules and routes
- Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers to help them achieve station\'s operational goals in the most efficient way
- Monitoring the daily delivery cycle, updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of the daily pick‑up and delivery assignments
- Providing support to the couriers and assisting them with issue resolution
- Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service‑related issues
- Proactively reporting any issues that occurred during the daily delivery cycle to management and compiling reports on station\'s productivity, volumes and performance

- Good Microsoft Office & PC skills
- Good geographical knowledge
- Focused on accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to manage own and team’s time effectively with attention to detail in a pressurised environment
