What you will be doing:
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
- Educating the team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensuring adherence to safe, secure and operationally compliant practices during the shift
