Working Hours & Salary: 40 hrs Mon‑Fri 1200‑2100. Hourly rate £16.57. Premium £1.78 for 1900‑2200.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of operatives and drivers and coordinate with other Operational Supervisors.
- Motivate and treat all team members fairly and consistently.
- Plan and act to achieve service level targets.
- Educate team on business goals and service objectives.
- Ensure team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant practices during the shift.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
- Ability to manage own and team’s time effectively with attention to detail.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, strong customer focus.
- Good communication skills.
