We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of operatives and drivers.
  • Motivate and treat team members fairly and consistently.
  • Plan and take action to achieve service level targets.
  • Educate the team on business goals and service objectives.
  • Ensure team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during shifts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment (desirable).
  • Strong time‑management and attention to detail.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic disposition.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
