Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of operatives and drivers.
- Motivate and treat team members fairly and consistently.
- Plan and take action to achieve service level targets.
- Educate the team on business goals and service objectives.
- Ensure team follows safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices during shifts.

- Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment (desirable).
