12 Month Student Placement to start September 2026. Our Undergraduate scheme is open and we’re looking to grow our teams by taking on individuals who can share their innovation, enthusiasm and drive in specific business areas. This programme will give you the confidence to walk away knowing you have made a positive impact and change in our organisation.

Our Operation teams are pivotal to the success of FedEx in delivering the Purple Promise, collecting, sorting and delivering parcels across the globe. Within the 12 months you will have exposure and take responsibility for many projects, tasks will include:

  • Looking at opportunities for cost efficiency and support the operational teams in executing the required changes.
  • Engaging with locations across the region to plan and execute positive change.
  • Project coordination and support of our integration execution, Region specific projects and innovation.
  • Giving sponsors and key stakeholders accurate and timely information to enable them to effectively steer the change and keep us on track to deliver our targets.
  • Offering ideas, new approaches and ways to tackle challenges within the region or specific locations.
  • Offering a valuable “external” viewpoint in discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Data Analysis Skills and Experience we are looking for:

  • To be studying for an Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Economics or Logistics based degree that offers a placement year opportunity.
  • To be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Can work using own initiative.
  • Interest in creating reports in Power BI.
  • Have strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail.
  • Be able to think analytically and process data and information.
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups.
