In this role, you will work across Operations, Technology, Data & AI, and Compliance teams to develop scalable reporting solutions, support enterprise data ingestion processes, improve data quality, enable AI governance frameworks, and deliver operational insights through Power BI and related technologies. You will play a key role in building the foundations that enable intelligent decision‑making, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operational growth.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and maintain data solutions that support operational reporting and workforce management.
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions.
- Support data ingestion, integration, and data quality initiatives across multiple systems.
- Partner with Operations and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to AI governance, data governance, and compliance initiatives.
- Create operational performance metrics supporting productivity, service, compliance, workforce management, and customer experience.
- Design and support data solutions that enable key Workforce Management capabilities including Forecasting & Scheduling, Time & Attendance Tracking, Performance Management & Analytics, Compliance Monitoring, and Employee Self‑Service reporting.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate closely with customs experts, operations teams, product owners, and technology partners to understand business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present technical recommendations and analytical findings to business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, process engineering, or business intelligence development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience developing reporting and analytics solutions.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
- Experience with data ingestion, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data architectures.
- Understanding of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, Generative AI, or AI governance concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure data services or cloud-based analytics environments.
- Experience within logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or international trade is an advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or related certifications are beneficial.
