We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Manager – Station Operations. The role focuses on leading station operations, coaching team leaders and managing cost, safety and compliance.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure the highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment.
- Educating the team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals.
- Ensuring all activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Managing and controlling station costs and budget.
- Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes.
- Ensuring accurate and timely station reporting.
