We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Manager – Station Operations. The role focuses on leading station operations, coaching team leaders and managing cost, safety and compliance.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure the highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment.
  • Educating the team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals.
  • Ensuring all activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Managing and controlling station costs and budget.
  • Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely station reporting.

  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous planning and organisation.
