We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at Enfield.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 05.30 - 14.00 (30 minute break)

Salary: £16.57 per hour (premia paid for hours worked between 19.00- 22.00 and 22.00 - 06.00)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
