We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Nights Manager Station Operations at our Dartford Hub.
Salary: Up to £58K base + night allowance dependant on experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment.
- Educating your team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals.
- Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget.
- Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes.
- Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting.
What Do You Bring With You
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to plan and organise meticulously.
- Strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with leading / delivering projects.
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
- Transport Manager CPC desirable, but not essential.
