Role Overview

Courier duties delivering packages in a 7.5 tonne box tail‑lift vehicle, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with an unpaid break, 45 hours per week. CPC trained candidates required.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Fed Ex to customers, courteously picking up and delivering packages.
  • Drive fleet vehicles on defined routes within various postcodes, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Operate vehicles safely and legally.
  • Follow Fed Ex Health and Safety and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Reliable team player, energetic, enthusiastic, and customer‑focused.
  • Strong communication skills and eye for detail in paperwork.
  • Valid driving licence for the vehicle type assigned; held for at least 2 years is an advantage.
  • Adaptability to external driving conditions and circumstances.
  • Commercial driving experience an advantage.
  • Basic geographical knowledge.
