We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at Cambridge.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: Sunday 23.00 - 08.00, Monday to Thursday 20.30 - 08.30 (1 hour break)

Salary: £16.57 per hour (premia paid for hours worked between 19.00-22.00 and 22.00-06.00)

What you will be doing:

  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
