We are looking for Drivers to join our team at Maidstone. Whether you are fresh from the test centre or have experience, we want to speak to you.
Your role
As a FedEx driver within our Linehaul fleet, you'll be driving a well-maintained vehicle from Station to Hubs with no loading and unloading. There may be some external customers that require unloading/loading on the day shift (not multi-drop).
Working hours: 48 hours per week
Salary: £15.14 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm (£1.38 per hour), and 10pm - 6am (£1.67 per hour)
What will you be doing?
- Moving freight between FedEx Locations or to our customer's locations
- Security of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle
- No multi drop
- Complete procedural checks on your vehicle
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations
What are we looking for?
- A full valid LGV C+E licence along with Driver CPC and Tacho Driver Cards
- Great attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly
- Good understanding of driving rules and regulations
