The Advisor role is responsible for providing financial, commercial, and analytical oversight across Facilities Management (FM) contracts and support services. The role will drive financial performance, commercial compliance, and service excellence through robust analysis of contract performance, vendor management, KPI/SLA governance, and executive-level reporting.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers, the successful candidate will identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational data, developing actionable solutions that support business objectives and deliver value across the FedEx network.
What you will be doing:
- Analyse and trend financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide commercial oversight of FM contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service requirements.
- Support business cases, budget management, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
