We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.
Working hours & shift pattern: 40 hours per week, Nights shift
Salary & premium: £16.57 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am.
What you will be doing:
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Motivating and treating team members fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
- Educating the team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
What you bring:
- Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
- Ability to manage own and team time effectively with attention to detail
