What you will be doing
- Preparing courier schedules and routes
- Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers helping them to achieve station's operational goals in the most efficient way
- Monitoring the daily delivery cycle, updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of the daily pick‑up and delivery assignments
- Providing support to the couriers and assisting them with issues resolution
- Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service‑related issues
- Proactively reporting any issues that occurred during the daily delivery cycle to the management and compiling reports on station's productivity, volumes and performance
