What you will be doing

  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Ensuring all team members are motivated, treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Ensuring your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Salary: £16.57 per hour.

Shifts/Days: Monday - Friday 05.30 – 14.00

Hours per week: 40hrs
