What you will be doing:
- Recommend, lead and execute business analysis plans for new and existing projects
- Produce complex business process model flows (BPM flows) and develop SOP’s/ job aids
- Recognize and recommend opportunities for innovations, automations, and increased productivity
- Take ownership of initiatives and work independently to successful conclusion
- Evaluate business requests and needs against the strategy
- Lead any European project from start to finish (business case development, project plan, execution, implementation, hyper care support
- Maintain close partnerships with collaborating departments e.g. IT, Operations, Finance and Regulatory.
- Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs
What do you bring with you:
- Bachelor's/ MSc Degree in Industrial/ Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs
- Proven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes
- Experience working within regulated environments where process compliance, governance, and risk management are critical
- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, process mapping expertise, and familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies will be highly valued
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 suite (Generic, One Note, MS Lists, Visio, Power BI, Copilot)
- Oracle Database - tool for SQL queries is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently (30% or more) to various FedEx locations in Europe
- Ability to lead internal cross-functional teams to fast-cycle strategic developments
- Previous exposure toCustoms Clearanceis an advantage
