Working hours: 37.5 per week

What you will be doing:

  • Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment
  • Educating your team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals
  • Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget
  • Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes
  • Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting
