What you will be doing:
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
- Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Hours and pay: 40 hours per week. Salary: £14.63 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7pm – 10pm and 10pm – 6am.
