What you will be doing
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Ensuring all team members are motivated, treated fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
- Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensuring your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
