We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customs Clearance team as a Clearance Broker .

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

What you will be doing:
- Reviewing shipment data to understand customer and regulatory requirements and checking documentation accuracy and completeness
- Using in-house systems to create accurate, compliant clearance declarations
- Contacting customers or government agencies to clarify information when needed
- Resolving routine customer and customs disputes
- Building effective relationships with customers and helping them choose suitable clearance services
- Working within tight deadlines in a busy office environment
What do you bring with you:
- Good team working skills and experience contributing to team performance in a busy office
- Knowledge of clearance principles, import/export processes, regulatory requirements, CHIEF entries, and commercial flights processing (desired)
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and sound numerical decision-making skills within tight deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills
