What you will be doing:
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
- Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
- Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
