We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Deputy Manager Station Operations at our station in Bredbury.

What you will be doing:

  • Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide the highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment
  • Ensuring Road Transport Operator Licence Compliance and supporting FedEx's Safety Above All commitment
  • Educating the team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals
  • Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
  • Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitoring the station's costs and budget
  • Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting
