The predicted salary is between 16.57 - 16.57 £ per hour.

As an Operations Supervisor you will monitor KPIs and performance of the team, delegate workloads and ensure subcontract costs are kept to a minimum.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 09:30-18:00 hours (with a 30 minute unpaid break)

Salary: £16.57 per hour. Additional premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm £1.78 per hour, and 10pm - 6am £2.08 per hour. Yearly pay on advertised hours £34,465.60.

This role is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager by supervising a team of Clerical staff, Operatives and Drivers (who are mostly self-employed), and help to maintain and improve operational efficiency, cost & service levels, with damages kept to a minimum. They will also assist the Manager with keeping the team motivated, treating employees consistently and fairly. The selected candidate will also ensure that safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.
