We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at Swansea.
Working hours: 40 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday 02.00 - 10.30, Tuesday to Friday 01.30 - 10.00 (30 minute break). Salary: £16.57 per hour (premia paid for hours worked between 19.00- 22.00 and 22.00 - 06.00).

Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
- Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
- Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
Qualifications
- Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
- Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
- Be energetic and enthusiastic
- Have a strong customer focus
- Have good communication skills
