Responsibilities:
- Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines and studying customs regulatory documents regarding customs regulations.
- Attend the AICES Technical Working Group and Customs Committee meetings.
- Prepare documents for liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities.
- Represent FedEx in specialized committees, for example attending meetings with HMRC.
- Support to Clearance teams.
- Assist in training/guidance material.
- Analyse the daily Gov.uk email alerts and report to clearance teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of UK customs regulations and clearance processes.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
