Working Hours & Compensation
- Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00.
- Salary: £14.02 per hour.
- Position type: Regular.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding collection requests and delivery queries.
- Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
- Check and investigate failed deliveries or collections.
- Prioritise and reallocate failures for next‑day delivery when required.
- Input data into the tracking system.
- Maintain clear and effective communication and collaboration with team, managers and other depots.
- Follow FedEx processes, procedures, controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to supervisors and team members as required within location, complying with local and corporate legal requirements and ensuring safe and secure movement of freight.
