We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at Enfield.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 05.30 - 14.00 (30 minute break).

Salary: £16.57 per hour with premium paid for hours worked between 19.00-22.00 and 22.00-06.00.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
  • Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
  • Ensuring your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
  • Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong customer focus
  • Good communication skills
