Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers.
- Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
- Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets.

- Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.
