Position Summary: Operations Support Agent – GBD FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited. Scheduled weekly hours: 35, regular worker type. Salary: £14.02 per hour with premium pay for hours worked 7pm‑10pm and 10pm‑6am.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers' urgent packages reach the correct destination on time.
  • Answer incoming customer calls regarding shipment collection requests and delivery inquiries.
  • Investigate failed shipments or collections, prioritise and reallocate failed deliveries for the next day.
  • Enter data into the in‑house tracking system.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with team, manager, and other operations stations.
  • Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures, controls and regulatory requirements.
