Position Summary
We have a 12‑month student placement opportunity, starting in August 2026. Salary £24,999 plus benefits, including 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data and turn it into meaningful information for colleagues.
- Look for cost‑efficiency opportunities and support the Linehaul team with execution.
- Engage with locations across the region to plan and execute positive change.
- Coordinate projects and support integration execution.
- Offer ideas, new approaches and ways to tackle challenges within the function or specific locations.
- Provide a valuable external viewpoint in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Studying for a Mathematics, Project Management or Logistics based degree that offers a placement year opportunity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills with high levels of attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and data processing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups.
