We have a 12‑month student placement opportunity, starting in July 2026. This is a hybrid role based in Atherstone, Warwickshire for 2‑3 days per week. Salary £25,000 + excellent benefits, including 23 days annual leave + bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the organisation to deliver Transformation activities.
  • Increasing the change management maturity of the business through providing effective guidance, coaching and training to the Change Community.
  • Playing an instrumental role in ensuring visibility and transparency of all change activities, their costs and benefits and the resulting outcomes on the UK Business performance.
  • Keeping Regional and Country Leads informed of the status and performance of Projects and programmes, notifying if key decisions, risks and issues need to be escalated.
  • Giving sponsors and key stakeholders accurate and timely information to enable them to effectively steer the change and keep us on track to deliver our targets.
  • Developing strong relationships with Business Partners (e.g. HR and Finance) and the Change Community to improve the effectiveness of PMO processes.
  • Auditing information to ensure the quality and accuracy of data held in our Project Management Tools.
  • Ensuring key processes regarding status updates, risk and issue management and change control processes are adhered to.
  • Implementing process improvements and automated reporting to assist the Workstream leads and Project Managers.
  • Data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Studying for a Business, Mathematics, Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, AI or Logistics based degree that offers a placement year opportunity.
  • Have an awareness of project management principles and practices.
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Can work using own initiative.
  • Possesses strong organisation skills with high levels of attention to detail.
  • Can think analytically and process data and information.
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholder groups.
