Position Summary

National Account Executive – Sales Team

Location: Atherstone Headquarters, Holly Lane, Unit 3

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:00, 1‑hour break).

Salary: To be confirmed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business with larger prospective and existing customers within your portfolio using structured sales techniques.
  • Analyze customer needs and oversee development and implementation of suitable solutions.
  • Meet regularly with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services.
  • Develop detailed business plans, provide accurate pricing proposals, and coordinate customer contracts.
  • Collaborate with other FedEx teams to deliver seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
