The GP Federation is a collective group of GP Practices across a set geographical area with a common desire to work together at scale, sharing responsibility for the development and delivery of high-quality patient-focused services, closer to home for their local population.

We are now recruiting for a waiting list of General Practice Pharmacists. We are looking for highly motivated General Practice Pharmacists to work as an integral part of GP practice teams to deliver direct patient care and optimise the safety and quality of medicines management.
A 12 month waiting list for full-time and part-time, permanent, fixed term/relief and temporary roles will be compiled for the Derry GP Federation, see applicant pack for further details.
GP Federations are not-for-profit community interest companies consisting of GP practices in a defined area with the purpose of organising the delivery of primary care services in that area.
