Le CSB Athlétisme est une section du Club Sportif Bettonnais (CSB), club omnisports comprenant 17 sections.
La section de course à pied et athlétisme compte plus de 270 licenciées.
Elle est en continuelle croissance, et dispose d'une piste d'athlétisme inaugurée en septembre 2023.
Description du poste
Le CSB Athlétisme recherche un. e é sportif. ve pour l'encadrement des entrainements des jeunes de 12 à 18 ans, à compter de septembre 2026.
- Missions
- Entraînements : Préparer le matériel pour les séances, l'installer et le ranger.
- Accueillir les enfants et leurs parents.
- Animer les séances dans un cadre rassurant et sécurisé (à partir d'un programme préparé par notre éducatrice référente).
- Apporter des conseils pour accompagner chacun des pratiquants dans sa progression.
- Véhiculer les valeurs du club : Encourager et promouvoir la pratique sportive pour tous, transmettre des valeurs éducatives par le sport, promouvoir le bien vivre ensemble, la convivialité, la non-discrimination, la solidarité et le respect.
- Organisation du travail
Les séances d'entraînement se déroulent uniquement sur les semaines d'école, de septembre à juin. Nous recherchons un. e é pour les créneaux suivants :
- Le lundi de 17h15 à 19h15 (impératif).
- Le samedi de 10h15 à 12h15 (si possible).
- Profil recherché
Encadrant spécialisé athlétisme, vous êtes titulaire d'une licence STAPS (ou d'une L2 STAPS), ou d'un autre diplôme vous permettant d'avoir une carte professionnelle d'é sportif. ive (BPJEPS, CQP...).
Vous êtes bienveillant. e, force de proposition et créatif. ve, vous avez le sens de la responsabilité et un bon relationnel, venez vite nous rejoindre.
- Conditions
- CDD de 10 mois à compter de septembre 2026.
- Temps partiel : environ 130 heures de travail effectif sur la durée du contrat (4h / semaine).
- Carte professionnelle d'é sportif. ve en cours de validité obligatoire.
- Lieu de travail : Betton.
- Convention collective nationale du sport.
- Salaire : groupe 1 à 4 de la CCN Sport selon profil AA0056CD.
