Join the FIA and contribute to the successful execution of our global karting strategy. In this newly created role, as the Karting Event Operational Coordinator, you will be the "face of FIA Karting on track," ensuring the operational success and high-level execution of international championships across the world.
As a Karting Event Operational Coordinator, you will play a central role in bringing race events to life, managing the interface between organizers, officials, suppliers, and the FIA. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with FIA standards while managing stakeholder relationships and representing the organization on-site during events.
A karting experience is highly valued; experience in other motorsport disciplines is welcomed. A high level of resilience and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities under strict timelines in a high-exposure environment is essential. Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
This position is based at the FIA offices in Geneva and requires extensive international travel (up to 10 events in Year 1, potentially growing to 15 events annually from year 2).
