The Role

We\’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and evolve our digital presence, drive lead generation, and amplify our message across multiple channels. You\’ll bring strategic thinking, hands-on creativity, and a data-led mindset to elevate our brand and support business growth.

You’ll be central to marketing campaigns, content creation, and supporting new contract rollouts — helping us reach more learners, partners and stakeholders across the UK.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, manage and evaluate multichannel digital marketing campaigns
• Own and develop our digital channels, including SEO, website management, and CRM integration
• Create compelling content and collateral for campaigns, lead generation and brand storytelling
• Collaborate with operational teams to align marketing efforts with contract delivery and business development
• Lead the calendar of digital and operational marketing events
• Drive our social media strategy to amplify our services and impact
• Introduce new tools and tech solutions (including AI) to enhance our marketing performance

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience at Marketing Manager or Account Director level
• Expertise in digital campaign planning, content creation and performance analysis
• Strong grasp of CRM/database tools and digital asset management
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• A self-starter mindset with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and making a positive difference
