Salary: Starting salary ÂŁ28,438, rising to ÂŁ30,253 (upon successful completion of your 9-month probationary period) Location: On-site in Banbury (OX16 5QE). What will you be doing? Be the face of Fedcap to employers, selling the benefits of working with us to fill their vacancies with job-ready candidates. Develop new business by picking up the phone, knocking on doors, sending bold emails – whatever it takes to get noticed and get results. Build relationships with employers and understand what makes them tick so you can match them with the right candidate. Help customers shine by prepping them for interviews and supporting them to build confidence. Deliver onperformance targets – and enjoy celebrating every win, big or small! Work closely with job coaches to create a strong pipeline of candidates for live vacancies. Why type of candidate are we looking for?
