What You’ll Be Doing

  • Respond to first line enquiries from customers or colleagues, managing the arrival of participants on site and sign posting effectively to the relevant activity and colleague.
  • Act as an ambassador for Fedcap in the delivery of customer service and social innovation.
  • Ensure that the office environment is safe and inviting allowing our customers to always feel welcomed and comfortable.
  • Listen, share and act on feedback from customers through purposeful interactions.
  • Office procurement of consumables.
  • Diary Management of training and meetings rooms.
  • Daily office walkthroughs supporting the office in its delivery of Health and Safety.
  • Build and support our customers through an awareness of local opportunities and events.
  • Support our customers in their Job Searching journey when attending the office.
  • Take a proactive approach to engage, interact and support customers where possible.
  • Administration of Petty Cash and assisting with associated payments.
  • Collate “good news” stories working closely with Employment Advisors, Employer Consultants, and participants, liaise with marketing and social media teams to ensure these are shared internally and externally with relevant third‑party organisations (e.g. Job Centres).
  • Assist the team in ensuring a high level of customer engagement or re‑engagement and ensure participant records are maintained to reflect contact or attempted contact made.
  • Any other ad hoc duties in line with delivery programme requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience of general office administrative duties.
