Fedcap UK is recruiting for a role delivering tailored, one-to-one support to help long-term unemployed individuals progress into sustainable work as part of the DWP Restart Scheme. Based onsite in Blackburn, you’ll build trust, signpost services and coach customers to overcome barriers.
You’ll work to clear targets and KPIs, manage a caseload with face-to-face appointments, and collaborate with external agencies.
