Performance Manager - Lead, Coach, and Inspire
Location: Oxford (OX4 1JH) - Onsite, Mon-Fri, 9-5
Salary: Circa £37k - £42k

- Lead and develop a team to hit performance, quality, and customer service goals.
- Use your coaching skills to build a high-performing team through daily support, reviews, and performance management.
- Inspire through action - prioritising underperformance and unlocking your team's full potential.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and employers to ensure steady customer flow and new opportunities.
- Drive employer engagement and commercial growth in the local market.
What You'll Bring
