Performance Manager - Lead, Coach, and Inspire
Location: Oxford (OX4 1JH) - Onsite, Mon-Fri, 9-5

- Inspire through action - prioritising underperformance and unlocking your team's full potential.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and employers to ensure steady customer flow and new opportunities.
- Drive employer engagement and commercial growth in the local market.
What You'll Bring
- Proven success in team leadership within a target-driven, customer-facing environment.
- A natural coach - able to spot potential, guide development, and build confidence.
