Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Apprentice will play a key supporting role in the execution and delivery of Marketing activities within FEC and Found. The successful candidate will be attached to a Level 4 Apprenticeship and will be required to undertake some off‑the‑job training, attending classes once a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Research & Insights: Collect, analyse, and interpret consumer data to support informed marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across FEC, Found and external agencies to ensure research insights are embedded into business strategies and that marketing activities align with consumer needs.
- Proactive Outreach: Confidently interact with potential partners and operators aligned with our brand values, supporting the development of our new neighbourhoods.
- Brand Representation: Develop a strong understanding of the FEC and Found brands, consistently representing our identity and values in all interactions.
- Creative Support: Assist in producing marketing assets including digital content, brochures, presentation decks, and signage to enhance brand visibility.
- Campaign Coordination: Contribute to the planning, execution, and management of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, supporting projects from initial concept through to launch.
- Innovation & Learning: Stay informed on emerging marketing trends and actively develop skills in SEO, analytics, and digital advertising to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Personal Specifications
- Completion of college studies with a minimum of 104 UCAS points (equivalent to a BCC grade, including Marketing as a subject) or completion of a level 3 Marketing apprenticeship. We will also consider previous marketing experience should it meet the requirements of the Level 4 apprenticeship.
- A creative thinker who is eager to learn and understands trends.
- Analytical skills and a confident Microsoft Excel user.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Final Cut), TikTok, Instagram or other marketing tools is desirable.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and multitasking abilities.
