Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each child.

Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience working with students with SEN/PMLD.

Strong understanding of SEN (Special Educational Needs) best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
