The Role of Guest Team Leader – Front of House The Guest Service Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Front Office operation and leading the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering that exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.
