- Build positive, trusting relationships with identified pupils, providing encouragement, guidance, and support.
- Deliver individual and small group mentoring sessions focused on wellbeing, confidence, behaviour, and overcoming barriers to learning.
- Develop, implement, and review personalised support plans that meet individual pupil needs.
- Promote resilience, independence, and positive attitudes towards learning.
- Support pupils through key transitions and changes in their educational journey.
- Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external agencies to provide holistic support.
- Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment where every child can flourish.
