Featherby Partnership Schools are seeking a committed Site Supervisor to help ensure our Infant and Junior school sites remain safe, secure, compliant and welcoming for pupils, staff, visitors and the wider community.
In this role, you will:
- Support the safe, secure and efficient operation of both school sites
- Carry out minor repairs, planned maintenance and general site upkeep
- Help maintain buildings, grounds and equipment to a high standard
- Undertake routine inspections and report maintenance issues
- Support contractor management and planned maintenance programmes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and statutory requirements
- Assist with preparing facilities for school events, performances and lettings
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a welcoming environment for the whole school community

Who You Are
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in site supervision, caretaking, facilities or premises management
- Has a good understanding of health and safety legislation, COSHH and risk assessments
- Is confident carrying out practical maintenance tasks and minor repairs
- Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise their workload
- Can work independently using their own initiative
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys working with staff, contractors and visitors
- Is IT literate and confident maintaining compliance records and documentation
- Takes pride in creating safe, welcoming environments for children and the wider school community
