You'll play a key role in a business-wide transformation programme, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while leading a small Product team.

The Role
- Own product direction, roadmap and priorities.
- Lead product and transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery.

- Work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a small Product team.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' experience leading a high impact product function.
- Background in data, analytics or data-led products, with experience working in data-heavy systems.
- Experience delivering business, digital or technology transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
- Agile product delivery, backlog ownership and prioritisation expertise.
- Early adopter of AI, using it to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops or similar planning tools.
Desirable Experience
- Launching new products or propositions.
