This is a full-time, on-site role located in Glasgow City for a Senior Design Engineer. The role involves leading the design and development of medical devices. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams on product design, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing technical documentation to support design validation and transfer.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop components and systems for drug delivery devices
- Generate concepts, detailed designs, and engineering documentation
- Build and test prototypes, iterating rapidly based on data
- Contribute to design verification and validation activities
- Support risk management processes (ISO 14971)
- Collaborate closely with industrial design, electronics, and usability teams
